All payments to us can be made safely to us via credit card, debit card, paypal, or if you need to pay by cheque, postal order or cash then please email us first for payment address.

Overseas buyers: we can only accept paypal as a method of payment, and, you will need to contact us for a shipping quote first.

All items are honestly described and checked before despatch and postal receipts are obtained.

Postal insurance is usually included in shipping prices and quotes.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in post, we always retain proof of postage, but, we will however fully assist in recovery of any losses.

You must check on delivery with the courier that the package and contents are undamaged, if damage is found you must notify the courier and obtain a receipt.

All items are sent within 48hours, express delivery for urgent items can be arranged.

We will accept the return of items for refund, replacement or credit only if they are found to be not as described or faulty within 7 days,  initial postage cost is only refundable if we are at fault in any way. Items purchased in error can be returned within 7 days for refund subject to a 15% restock fee. The returned items must be in original packaging and unused and undamaged, you should also insure to the full value of the item and retain proof of return postage.
